ARE EXCHANGES/RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s too skinny dipper are not covered or reimbursed by us.
If you request an exchange, however, all exchanges must be returned to Skinny Dipper with a self-addressed, postage paid envelope.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR?
we accept an exchange if the following requirements are met:

The item/s are returned within 7 days of you receiving them

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place-Undergarments must be worn when trying on items

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Sorry, No refunds, or online store credit.

We can offer refunds in some situations.

SALE items are final and cannot be returned.

HOW DO I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE?
You just email us and we will give you all the details you need!
We cannot be held liable for the loss of your bikini in the return process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
Each order is charged at a flat rate of $7 AUD anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.
Any orders over $50 includes free shipping

For international orders it may vary up to $20 please contact us for shipping rates.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, MISSING OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens if you do receive damaged goods, part of your order is missing or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible!!

Paying for your purchases is simple and safe. All payments are processed using PayPal.
PayPal uses the strictest internet security available - skinny dipper will never see your credit or debit card or bank details. You don't even need a PayPal account! You can use an existing PayPal account OR just enter your credit or debit card details and you're away.
